At Community Bridges, a leading Arizona behavioral healthcare organization, I led communications and marketing efforts to increase awareness of its full continuum of services across multiple lines of business. I focused on establishing brand consistency, overseeing a comprehensive overhaul of marketing collateral and messaging, and launching a communication strategy that aligned both internal and external audiences.

This campaign focused on creating, distributing, and summarizing a committee-driven survey. Leading the committee through weekly meetings to draft thoughtful survey questions, I created and distributed the survey, then extracted data into a 6-page white paper that was disseminated company-wide. This resulted in garnering board buy-in within 4 months.
